Happy Friday! It's time for another Friday Favorites post!
- I've been busy dividing dahlias this week, and I couldn't do it without my favorite pair of pruners*.
- Loving this mural that artist Emily Balsley is painting in an icecream shop in Madison, WI.
- How adorable are these little kitty brooches made by Shu Ning?
- This quilted overcoat pattern by Daisy Chain Patterns looks so comfy!
- I cannot wait for Deb Perelman's new book* to come out. The cover was released last week and it will be published in November!
- I bought my first bits of quilting cotton for 2022 this past weekend. These palette pick bundles* really caught my eye.
- Speaking candy, I finally replaced my faulty candy thermometer with this one. I got it in purple! Now I need to decide what to make first.
- While I was home, my Mom and I did a bunch of puzzles, including this new one* from the Magic Puzzle Company.
- Grabbed some of my favorite nonpareils from Malley's Chocolates while I was home!
- Kitten enjoys sitting on top of her homemade litter box cupboard!
Have a Great Weekend!

ReplyDeleteThat ice cream shop is just down the street from me! Can't wait to check it out. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI really love 19....but I didn't comment about your video...great job....love kitty cat...great photo and love your post and photos overall and video below it (again..who doesn't like a positive comment again)....I really love candy...like you but it is hard to find smarties...and I shouldn't be eating it right now....what is it that I don't like? My little plants are doing well this year...I even planted watermelon seeds...just because..and it is fun watching them pop out of the ground and grow a little bit more each day...the little plants have a nice wavy leaf..and I didn't know that...very pretty....I'm going to have lots of basil as well...I love that you chose CF's fabrics...I think it's neat how you support one another...like CF supporting you with one of your patterns on her blog etc.....but then again you both are super nice (even though I haven't met either one of you in person) and are great teachers who share information. And of course you're a Baker....like me JB. Have a nice day. PS your pretzels were great I tried your recipe once and told you this already....I really love your blog because you integrate your business with the personal you...vintage, baking, animals etc.....
