Happy New Year! Rather than do my usual yearly wrap up post, I want to mix things up this year. I am feeling less like reflecting and more like simply moving forward. So, here are some of my favorite things from 2013!
Favorite Quilt: Nordika Wonky Crosses Quilt.
Favorite Project: Nordika Featherweight Travel Set.
Favorite Meal: Ninfa's in Houston, TX. Chile Con Queso and Flautas.
Favorite Trip: Chalet Sewing Weekend in Mt. Horeb, WI.
Favorite Knit Project: Swift Hat (pattern by Shannon Cook).
Favorite George Photo: Halloween Bat Bunny.
Favorite Find: Cathrineholm Striped Bowl, $15 at an Antique Mall in Madison, WI.

ReplyDeleteOh! I grew up in Houston! Ninfa's was my parents favorite place to eat so we went probably twice a month... Way back in the late 70s early 80s! Yum!
ReplyDeleteStill remember that plate of individually set up nachos. I still serve mine like that at home. Not the big pile of chips and toppings most places serve you. :)
