Happy Sunday everyone! We're halfway through a three day weekend here! Although, does it still count if Michael and I have both been working all weekend? Hoping to actually relax tomorrow! :)
I was going to keep my last project for my Sewing Summit class a secret, but well.. that's just no fun! So, voila! I still need to add the borders, but I'm so happy with how it's turning out! This quilt is based off this pouch I made earlier in the year!
I feel like a broken record, but this is going to be a pattern! If you take my Sewing Summit class, you'll get a copy there! After the event, it will be available in my shop!
Over on the Sewing Summit blog, we're gearing up for another round of Travel Handmade. It's going to be a month long celebration this year! We figure, if you're going to be traveling, why not make it more enjoyable by bringing along a handmade bag, garment, or accessory! Join us for lots of tutorial round-ups, and a fun blog hop, kicking off Tuesday!
I started cutting up a new quilt with this stack! It's going to be another version of the Indie Braid Quilt! I'm working hard on that pattern for you all! :)
Okay, one more fabric picture! I was so, so happy to find this stack of fabric in my mailbox on Friday! It's Rock 'n Romance, Pat Bravo's newest fabric collection! I have really been looking forward to this collection, I'm so excited to cut into it! Now I just need to decide what to make!
I forgot to share this awesome vintage needlepoint kit that my Mom found for me! Isn't it awesome? I love the colors and the owls are so cute! I can't wait to start working on it!
George, so curious!
