A kind reader (thanks Claire!), let me know last night that you couldn't pin things to Pinterest from my blog anymore! Seems the new rules with Flickr were getting in the way, since I pull my photos from my Flickr account. I fixed the issue this morning and it looks like it shouldn't be a problem anymore! Please feel free to pin away, I love seeing what you guys are pinning from here!
EDIT: This is how I fixed it!. Go
to Flickr, then your Account >> Privacy & Permissions
>> click edit next to "Allow others to share your stuff" >>
Choose "Yes please, that would be lovely". Save.
Cheers!
Yay ! thanks for pinning privileges !I love your blog and your creativity ! I made a Giant Vintage Star quilt for my sil ; it's all wrapped up and ready to go !
ReplyDeleteHee hee, love that George got a bunny basket for the day
ReplyDeleteIt worked, thanks. I pinned George, today.
ReplyDeleteThat basket is perfect for him!
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeni. I went to pin your Mendochino quilt yesterday as I just adore this, but got the "You cannot do this" message.
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter to you and George!
MY 4 yr old son was very happy to see George the Easter Bunny!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter! I left you a comment yesterday thanking you for the bunny pillow pattern...I now realize that I only thought of you and the pattern because of your bunny, you must wonder what I was talking about! If you check out Noodlehead and then the actual pattern and tutorial at Sew Much Ado you will see what I was thanking you for. I'm sorry for the mix-up but I wanted to give the credit correctly. Although you will probably want to make a bunny, they are so adorable. Thank you for your wonderful blog!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter Jeni! Hope you had a great day!! That picture of George is just too cute :)
ReplyDeletehow were you able to resolve it? I wouldn't want someone not to be able to pin anything I have on Flickr..... I love Pinterest!
ReplyDeleteI love George! He is the ultimate model - perfect every time!
ReplyDeleteHappy Easter Jeni! Love the bunny pic...too cute!
ReplyDeleteThat's me right there! I absolutely love your quilts and I bet most of them are pinned, even if I don't always comment :) I'm glad that issue was resolved before I got there (your posts are emailed to me). Thanks for being so inspirational to the rest of us!
ReplyDeleteOh, goody -- I love pinning your stuff! I used to print everything and pin it to a real bulletin board in my sewing room, but it got so cluttered and then I wouldn't remember where I got an idea by the time I wanted to try it. I like that Pinterest saves what I liked, along with a link back to the source so I can reread how you did it and thank you for the inspiration. :-)
ReplyDeleteAh, George is looking cute as usual!
ReplyDeleteGeorge looks so cute in that basket!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nudge to check my flickr settings - all set for sharing now.
I love the bunny, I used to have a pet bunny when I was first out on my own. He lived with me in my first apartment! He really drove the dog next door crazy :~)
ReplyDeleteThanks for fixing that problem Jeni! You're a star on my quilting board :)
ReplyDeleteNow I can go back and pin your dreams quilt!
Thanks for telling me - and others - about the Flickr issue. I just thought all of the bloggers were panicked about Pinterest. Personally I LOVE to be pinned! :)
ReplyDeleteI seriously love George. I know you post a picture of him on almost every post, but it's like a little suprise gift at the end. Every. Single. Time. Maybe I'm just forgetful. Regardless, thanks for sharing him!
