I finished up my mini quilt this morning! I quilted it with simple free-motion doodle loops! Full reveal next week!
Don't forget to add your photos to the Sparkle Quilt Along Flickr Group! Next week we'll have a Linky Party so you all can show off your finished quilts!
Happy Sewing!
Loving the loopy quilting!! Cute looking quilt
ReplyDeleteI love your FMQ doodle loops! I've just finished a quilt top and I'm agonizing over how to quilt it. Have you been doing free motion quilting for long? Do you mark your doodle loops, or just "wing it"? Any tips or suggestions?
ReplyDeleteI love your Free Motion doodle loops!
ReplyDeleteI am new to FMQ and I think I will have to do several practice runs before I try on the quilt top...well I still have a long way to go since I just finished putting only one block together. ;)
It's looking good! Can't wait for the reveal! :)
ReplyDeleteStill working on my blocks, four down, 12 blocks of half square triangles (that's 12 x16 is 168!)all squared up and waiting to be put into their blocks! I would love to try to do some free motion quilting/loops on mine. Going to have to practice first! Looking forward to seeing your 'reveal'!
