Julie! Congrats! You should have an email waiting from me! :) Thank you all for your kind words and comments on my pillow! It was a lot of fun to make, and I look forward to making other projects from the book!
I sewed up a storm this weekend making drawstring bags! I have about 20 hours of car ride ahead of me this week as we travel first to Michigan then to Ohio and finally back to Wisconsin, so I'm hoping to get the pattern finished for next week! Don't they look pretty all stacked together? :)
Since the book review fell on Thursday last week and this Thursday is a holiday, get ready for TWO Art of Choosing posts this week, tomorrow and Wednesday!
Working on a few potholders for the Madison Modern Quilt Guild! Nothing like waiting until the last minute, our meeting is tomorrow!
Thank you, thank you, to everyone who took advantage of my shop sale! I appreciate your support! As I'll be away from my inventory over the holiday weekend, the shop will be closed starting tomorrow and will reopen on Monday!

ReplyDeleteCute George. I just want to snuggle with him. Thanks for the info on the Cadbury mini eggs. I lurve them and I would be in heaven to get a fix now instead of waiting until Easter time.
ReplyDeleteSeriously want to come over to your house! I am so jealous that you found the mint-truffle kisses - I was looking for them the other day and couldn't find them anywhere. Oh well, I guess the search continues!
ReplyDeleteAnd by the way, your Sewing Circle pillow totally rocks!
Love the new bags! I'm definitely going to have to find time to make some before the holidays. Don't know how, but I know they'd be handy!
