I'm joining in on Meg's Finish it Up challenge this summer! It's a challenge aimed at trying to finish up Works in Progress (WIPs). Today is the first check in! So, here are my current WIPs.

12. Two cross-stitches. Both pieces about halfway done!

My plan is to get as many of these finished up as I can. I have no intentions of getting them all done, most especially my Mendocino Quilt or United States embroidery. I've enjoyed the slowness of these projects, and don't want to rush them! :)

  2. I am completely jealous of your Mendocino Mermaid quilt. I missed that whole fabric line and am not willing to pay the outrageous prices for it online now... Its going to be AWESOME!

  11. ::love:: your modern 12 bee blocks! I think the point of this challenge is to finish what we have, not be inspired and start a new project LOL!

  13. I really love your Mermaid quilt. I can't wait to see more! I made a new rule for myself: I have to finish 2 WIPs before i start every new project. I hate it, and I hate all of the UFOs in my cupboard, but I really want to start some new things, and make room for more fabric! So I'm sticking to my new rule! :)
