Finally had time this afternoon to make something from Scandinavian Stitches! I decided on this wee little house! It was such a nice quick project :)
Finished Chris's block for the Bee Hexed In Bee! I am determined to get better at hexagons, joining in on this bee will certainly help!
I am obsessed with Anna Maria Horner's Folksy Flannels all of a sudden. I received these lovely scraps from Alexia and now I'm in love! It's just so crazy soft. Brainstorming a large quilt for myself from a 1/2 yd bundle of this line!
Amanda has been feeding my bunny obsession with delicious bunny cookie cutters and fabric! You're the best :)
Since my last post had no George photos, this one has two!
Today I love the..
Smell of: Cinnamon body wash
Sound of: George running around!
Taste of: Chocolate pretzel cookies
Sight of: A finished project
Feel of: Fleece
Good Things about Today:
- Last final was today! :)
- Actually did some sewing!
- Cheap, cheap fleece remnants
- Was able to take photos in good light!
I totally support the new quilt in Folksy Flannel (wait, do we get to vote?). No, really, I love that line too. I have in the past month suddenly desired to buy it in large cuts so as to use it for backing for years to come. Not that it will happen. As it is I have a scrap bundle and hope to make baby sweet nothings someday.
