Tried this great recipe for Red Velvet Cookies this afternoon!

They were delicious! They kind of taste like cupcake tops!

A few notes:
- I would probably refrigerate the dough a little longer next time. The dough was really sticky!
- I would definitely take her advice and roll them in powdered sugar twice. Mine had very little after baking!
- I baked mine for 16 minutes instead of 12. I wanted the outside to be a little crispier :)
